Fees and Insurance

Fees and Insurance vary according to the service provided.

1) For therapy, there are two options:

Through Compass, I am out-of-network with all insurance companies. Payment in full is due at the time of service. As a courtesy to you and with your permission, I will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf. Your insurance company should then reimburse you directly at their rate for out-of-network providers, which may be different than my hourly rate. You are responsible for verifying your insurance coverage and inquiring about your out-of-network benefits.

Through Headway, I am in-network with:

  • Aetna (CO and WA)

  • Quest Behavioral Services (CO and WA)

  • Regence BlueShield of Washington

  • Select Health - Colorado

  • Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (virtual network)

After each session, Headway will submit a claim to your insurance provider. Headway will handle all billing questions and insurance claims to support you in using your in-network insurance benefits.

Please use the option that feels like the best fit for you! Use this link to schedule via Compass, and use this link to schedule via Headway.

2) For comprehensive evaluations, I am out-of-network with all insurance companies.

3) IQ tests for school admissions are not covered by insurance companies. Payment in full is required at the time of service.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your evaluation or therapy services will cost. I will provide this estimate before our first meeting so you know what to expect. If you prefer, you may request an estimate before scheduling your first session. If your actual bill is $400 or more than the estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. Please keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records. Click here to read the full notice.
